A RENTAL CAR TAKES A LEFT DOWN RAKE STREET AND DISAPPEARS
Schizotypal loner Nat Finch leaves work one afternoon, and the next thing he knows he's waking up on the side of the road covered in dirt with no memory of the past ten days. All attempts to return to regular life are quickly thwarted—whatever happened to him during his blackout has left him morphing into something strange and monstrous.
When his new condition reaches a bloody, ravenous breaking point, a human stranger steps in: Quinn Cooper, dazzling manipulator with a cruel streak, here to mitigate the damage and offer Nat safety under their wing... as long as Nat does exactly as he's asked and doesn't ask questions.

ALL THE DOORS ARE OPEN
When a split in reality opens across a small South Australian suburb, a series of strange events swings into motion. At the centre of them are Tris Greer and Yun Sung-won, two high school students who already have a slew of their own problems to deal with, collapse of reality notwithstanding.
But now, on top of his tumultuous family life and schizophrenia diagnosis, Tris is the sole witness to the freak car accident that causes his older brother Jacob to blip out of existence. The relevant authorities are quick to dismiss Tris’s version of events—leaving him with no choice but to take matters into his own hands, even if his quest to bring Jacob home leads him out of his reality entirely.
And now, on top of her endless financial struggles and her mother’s worsening illness, Sung-won finds herself developing strange and destructive reality-bending powers—which might be kind of cool, if not for the fact she works at the Department of Interdimensional Instabilities, whose whole schtick is neutralising dangerous interdimensional energies whatever the cost. With her paranoia rising, Sung-won finds shaky solace in DII counsellor Melissa Marrick… but Marrick has her own reasons for seeking Sung-won out, and it could spell danger for the whole city.
As the pair struggles to hold their lives together and make sense of the chaos around them, their mysteries intertwine. What will it take to get to the bottom of things. And can you ever hope to regain a sense of normality when your world is literally splitting apart at the seams?
